I honestly do not know how these people are still in business. John came out to look at my furnace and said it was my control board and said he would order a new part. I have not heard or saw him since its been over 3 months i have called 30 times and have not received a response from them to this day.
I made an appointment for warranted repair of a unit he installed. I took the whole day off and waited for his scheduled afternoon visit. By 7pm he had not called, emailed, or appeared. All calls to his office and cell went unanswered. I talked to his wife the next day on the business number. She apologized and promised someone would call me before noon that day.
