Thank you for following up with me in the new year and fixing my fireplace after another company attempted to and it didn't work. Your technician Katie was amazing, patient, and truly took the time to figure out that my thermopile was damaged and had to be replaced. She stayed until it was working consistently for 20-30 mins in Jan and it's still going strong.
Excellent customer service, friendly and prompt and went above and beyond to fix and clean my fire place and no mess left behind… I highly recommend this company … Katie was very professional and informative greatly appreciated and will call them again.

WOW! Can't say enough about this company & our technician Katie! On time (actually called to let us know she was on her way), in fact ahead of schedule. And, I called for service only a couple hours earlier (same day)! So professional, knowledgeable and personable. Very informative with tips for us. Her troubleshooting skills are impeccable.
