Fantastic service technician ...Kate...and customer service. She arrived on time...booked for maintenance visit and new thermostat. We bought furnace and ac from them 15 years ago. We had maintenance checkup once. This time we needed a new battery which she replaced as well. Went above and beyond to explain why and showed me everything for testing.
