They installed the heater, right after there was a pungent what I thought was a faint gas-like smell that never went away, had them come out several times to which they did test for gas and there was none detectable around the heater. They couldn’t explain why it started smelling day of install , saying it could be the building materials of the residence, or the new heater smell that would go away. They told me to turn the fan on high which sounds like a jet engine going off and doesn’t do anything but blow more of the smell... read more

Very unhappy was told by the technician i would not be billed or owe anything and they keep sending me a bill for them coming out i will not pay it and i don't like being harassed

Riley showed up at 8:00 waiting for me. So he was more prompt than me. He explained everything in detail and finish the job highly recommend

Installation of new toilet and repair of an adjacent sink. Jamie was punctual, efficient timewise, cleaned up the area very well, and informed us of the charges with an invoice. All very professional.
