I take these guys for granted all the time. I'm a big apartment complex maintenance supervisor, but they've also worked on and installed family, and my personal AC/heat. Unless it's during the extreme summer heat or extreme winter freeze I always get same-day service within a couple hours, always have the option of paying for after hours if they're busy which isn't even double price of their regular service call. AC went out just at the worst time (5:10pm on a Friday in very hot humid weather). I called AH&C and got a message to leave a number for a call back. I was not expecting much and was already planning on how to get some window units set up to make it through the weekend.
