had a very disappointing experience with this company. The owner was unprofessional and condescending during the appointment. He spent less than 10 minutes addressing the issue, charged me, and is now refusing to return within the stated 30-day service period. It feels like patient/customer satisfaction is not a priority for this business. Communication has also been extremely frustrating. Very quick and efficient service. And they stay true to their name (affordable). Second time we have used (for our other rental) and again it was great, affordable service.
