Came out at my request to check over my unit to make sure it was good for the winter. He stayed for about 5 minutes and said he needed a tool he didn’t have with him and that he would be back. He never returned and I never heard back from him. My unit ended up not being ready for winter and went out and needed to be replaced about three weeks after. Arthur came out first thing in the morning on the hottest day of the year and fixed our AC when no one else could. Very knowledgeable and will always use his services from now on.
It has been a while since I has my HVAC replaced by Affordable Heating and Air. They did an amazing job, fast, reliable, and efficient. Loved the small town vibe and service. The owner even made a special trip just to check on us a few weeks after install.
We have had wonderful results, he is very responsive and is always quick to come out since we have medical issues where my house can’t be hot, he makes sure anytime I need service he is right there.
