scam artist He "repaired" my ac. I left home and when I returned it was even hotter. He returned offered no apology but quoted $350 to replace fan motor or $4500-5800 for system replacement. He said he would find parts and call next morning. I called another company for price comparison. Artic Air came out, had my home cool in no time and charged about 1/3 less to replace fan motor and stated unit did not need replacing. Good thing since craig NEVER called. Here in an hours - Possibly the cheapest Freon (R-22) in Clayton. Was here an hour after I called (wasn't a guarantee - but I called at the right time). Filled one unit with R-22 and topped off the other at a price that was the cheapest I could find anywhere. The nest-cheapest company couldn't be at my house until Thursday (today is Monday).

Do not use I would not recommend craig for any services on any unit. He came out late one night to fix our unit because we were not getting cool air. After Pressing the reset button, he processed to tell us we would need to keep pressing the red button there was nothing he could do. We would also need an entire new unit. With the unit being only 6 years old I didnt feel that was accurate. After writting him a check for an rediculous amount for him pressing a button, I got a second opinion.
