Called up and tech was here within a couple hours. He found the problem(bad capacitor on condenser) and fixed it then waited to make sure it didn't fail again. Very no nonsense and tech seemed very knowledgeable. One star dinged because they had to write down my credit card info instead of just having a scanner on a smart phone.
