Very thorough hearing exam and explanation of the results followed by a detailed discussion of the types of hearing aids available. JoAnn was professional and friendly. We had a good discussion as to what environments I most needed to hear better in.
I have been a Hearing Associates patient for over 25 years, initially under Dr Schacterle. Their diagnoses, attention to my needs, and complete care have been outstanding. My most recent acquisition of new hearing aids is no exception. Dr Molina is continually up to speed on the new brands and their technologies, and his efforts to optimize their performance for my personal hearing characteristics is exceptional. The service by Hearing Associates to care for my hearing needs remains at an extremely high level.

I f I could leave no stars I would Dr. Joann Dunn was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!!! would not recommend them to anyone!! would rather not hear than go back!!!
