I just had my scheduled app't with Ms Esquibel, & I must say, she was very accommodating, explained thoroughly, the reasons I was having some problems with my Hearing Aids. She cleaned & made some adjustments to my hearing aids, & Viola! it was like having new ones all over again! This place was my lifesaver! My hearing aid was broken and it’s analog kind. I was so desperate to look for one. Took me two weeks to look one till I walk into this place- said she has one. I was soo happy to hear the sounds!! Aranza- She’s so friendly and so patient with me trying on and she listens! I love that! She felt my pain when I was desperate to hear sounds. MY mother and husband both needed hearing aids, we went to this location and they so far have been very attentive. My mother has a problem with wax build up and they clean her ears every 3 months. If not for affordable hearing I could not handle both mom and my husband's hearing loss. I only hope they are still around when I need aids.

I just picked up my new hearing aids. It is the 3rd set I have purchased from Affordable Hearing Centers in the past 15-20 years. The reason I keep returning to AHC is their outstanding customer service. Most likely I could save some money by purchasing elsewhere, but what I would gain would not offset the service I have always experienced at AHC. UPDATE: The audiologist, Aranza, resolved the phone tag issue with me and I've been extremely pleased with her service since then. I got my earmold and the price was reasonable and it works really great! I had a small issue with it at first but Aranza fixed it right away. She's definitely my go-to audiologist now! OLD REVIEW: The biggest waste of time ever. I came in here over a month ago to have a new earmold made, and the audiologist told me that it'd take about a week for my new earmold to come in.
