I can't explain how unprofessional and ill-mannered the staff is. I have just called the place to ask for walker without wheels and asked them if they can contact the community that accepted to pay for it. Instead, the worker hang up the phone on my face saying "ok, byeee". What a clown. Don't ever go there. Don't ever call them to ask for anything.
Went there on Friday at 6 and they were closed. After multiple calls to the number mentioned someone picked up and informed us that its an appointment only store and they are closed for the day. A complete waste of our time! Please update your google timings and specify that its not a walk-in store.

Two thumbs up for another great experience. Next day delivery and setup of a safety pole for my Dad’s room in his retirement home. I no longer have to deal with “shopping around” for safety devices, I have all my bases covered with a quick email or phone call. Thanks again!
