Have been using Yanni for years to do gutter cleaning every spring and fall. He’s very through and cleans the downspouts and drainage dishes too. He moves all the debris to the garbage can I leave for him and always wraps the hose back up nicely.

This company came to clean the gutters of the townhouses in the association where we live yesterday. Everyone in the association has multiple outdoor spaces and a yard. We were asked to cover/protect anything that we did was not damaged, which we all did. They did show up on time, but the two guys who did the work were very very unprofessional. Anthony and his coworker did a great job cleaning our gutters. When he first arrived our granddaughter was napping and he was so considerate that he came back the next day as to not wake her. What a sweetie! They did an amazing job and while they were on our roof noticed hail damage and advised us to call our insurance company which we did. We are so very thankful for his honesty! We will be using his services for years to come!
After calling two other gutter cleaning places with no response, I called Affordable Gutter Cleaning and Yanni told me he'd be out the very next morning at 8am. He looked at our house online and gave me an estimate over the phone. He showed up exactly at 8am and got to work and did a great job. It was affordable, but also quality. I recommend. Very nice owner.
