I have taken my children to 3 dentist, 2 pediatric ones and one adult one. Every single one of them have traumatized my daughter. She has extremely soft enamel and gets cavities often. This dentist is absolutely amazing with her, even though she is not the nicest to him with her history with dentists. He makes sure she is absolutely comfortable and not in any pain when she is in the chair. Me and my husband could not recommend him enough. Thank you!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this dental office. I had an appointment scheduled for six months, only to have it canceled just six days before I was supposed to be seen. After waiting that long, I was told they couldn’t get me back in until July, which is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to plan ahead, take time off, and rely on a provider, only to have them cancel with such short notice and offer no reasonable alternative. The wait time is almost non-existent if you show up 5 minutes early. The staff is friendly and they’re always busy. Communication lacks a bit when it comes to options available for dentures, crowns or caps. Dr. Colon is patient and considerate of requests for extra work in making adjustments, or addressing areas of concern. His office staff is great at keeping an eye out for a spot if you’re on standby for emergency work. During a time last year when I only had Medicaid I went to Dr. Colon. It was time for a cleaning and it was brought to my attention that I had a cavity between my back teeth. I had no pain or issue with that tooth but was told I needed a Root canal and a crown. Now I asked why a Root canal since I've had crowns before and didn't need one. I was told the cavity was too deep,even though I had no pain or indication of a cavity. The process was Awful!!! At least 5 shots of Novocaine as he tried to address the Nerve. If I could give them zero stars I would! Everyone at this office does not know how to communicate properly, definitely one of the weirdest dentist offices I’ve ever been to. Reading these terrible reviews and especially how this office responds to them I canceled my upcoming filling with them! Very inconsiderate no empathy at all.
