We love this office! Having come from an office that gave me pretty awful dental trauma, I can attest Dr Colon and his staff are wonderful, calming and have even made me laugh at the dentist. Who knew that was possible. Not to mention I have an extremely tough schedule being a special needs parent and have had to cancel appts day of; and the office has always been so understanding!

The wait time is almost non-existent if you show up 5 minutes early. The staff is friendly and they’re always busy. Communication lacks a bit when it comes to options available for dentures, crowns or caps. Dr. Colon is patient and considerate of requests for extra work in making adjustments, or addressing areas of concern. His office staff is great at keeping an eye out for a spot if you’re on standby for emergency work. I have taken my children to 3 dentist, 2 pediatric ones and one adult one. Every single one of them have traumatized my daughter. She has extremely soft enamel and gets cavities often. This dentist is absolutely amazing with her, even though she is not the nicest to him with her history with dentists. He makes sure she is absolutely comfortable and not in any pain when she is in the chair. Me and my husband could not recommend him enough. Thank you!!!!

The in-office receptionist ruined the entire experience for me. I am switching to a new dentist. Also, some work the dentist did, did not last and will have to have redone somewhere else. Thanks for nothing! Other than the receptionist the staff seems friendly. (The responses to the negative feedback will tell you exactly what kind of people these are!)

I’m extremely disappointed with this dental office. I had an appointment scheduled for six months, only to have it canceled just six days before I was supposed to be seen. After waiting that long, I was told they couldn’t get me back in until July, which is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to plan ahead, take time off, and rely on a provider, only to have them cancel with such short notice and offer no reasonable alternative.
