The technician came out and repaired my garage in a timely manner. He even gave me a 10 year warranty which I paid extra for. 4 years and 8 months later it broke. I called and was informed that in 2021 they went to computers and had no record of the repair. I log all my home repairs and had all the information except the receipt. I was told he would attempt to locate it and call me back in which he did not (I waited three days). I called Robert At Affordable Garage Door because my garage door was not closing. He promptly came and repaired my door at a reasonable price! Before I reached out to Robert, I contacted another company that works on garage doors.
