So far they don’t return my calls. I’ve been waiting for a sketch draft since early July that’s four months. I wanted the headstone to be completed by my uncles death date in November. It’s very underwhelming situation. I hope to change my review but this is just disappointing.

It took two weeks to get the death certificate and a lot of excuses were given. Then trying to get the ashes was delayed as well. When we were able to pick up the ashes we were supposed to meet Jeanette at the office at 4:30 the day before the service and she was over an hour late. I do not recommend this place unless you have WEEKS to wait for them and don’t mind hearing an excuse every time you call for an update
