I chose affordable housing because all the reviews were extremely positive. After working with them, I understand why. The owner, Rob was the person that came out when I requested an estimate for some foundation issues. I appreciated that he came out to the house the next day and used a laser leveller to walk the area inside (and outside) to figure out exactly where the sinking was beginning/ending. Rob was SO honest and kind. We had another company tell us we were going to need to add 7 piers to the side of our home. He came out and explained to us that we simply had a drainage issue on one side of the house and that the foundation would correct itself once the drainage issue was fixed. He explained everything in detail and we sincerely appreciate his honesty.
