Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Paid deposit back in May. Was supposed to start on job the week of June 9th. Never saw or heard from them. I called them after a couple weeks and they said they would get to it that week. Never saw them. I called the next week and said just give us our money back and we’ll get someone else to do it. We were told our fence would be scheduled 3 weeks out from when we paid our deposit. Paid our deposit on May 8th. Scheduled it for June 9th. Never heard any updates. We called the week of June 23rd and were told it would be by the end of the week. Never heard from them. We cancelled the job and the office rep was going to speak to the owner about our refund. Still haven’t heard back. Called to check up on it and no one answered.
I didn’t get their services and I won’t ever be getting their services. Getting cut off in traffic multiple times by someone who can’t read speed limit signs, slams on breaks in traffic, and not using their blinkers in a company car is a good way to lose customers.

Sent person out to do estimate. Said he was too busy to do estimate now but would definitely have it by end of day. Guess I should have asked which day!! Because as of today still nothing. But that’s ok found someone else that I believe will do what he says.
