The office team is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and kept up nicely. No pressure to sign up for extras I didn't need. Cubesmart recently handed ownership back to Affordable Family Storage, so that will be an unknown for me, but generally local companies pricing is better than algorithm based chain companies. I have always been happy with Cubesmart facilities, which is why I originally chose this place. I like it there it was nice n clean
We rented a storage unit here in November and kept it for three months. Overall, it served its purpose, but there were both positives and negatives to our experience. Positives: • Great Customer Service – The front desk manager was incredibly helpful, super nice, and very welcoming.
