EDITED: I had my roof done fall of 2023. I have since had water coming thru my skylights a couple times. It is nearly impossible to have them connect with us. The workers that did the job are long gone and i feel for them. Something is not right about this company. I recently had hail damage to my roof and Derrick from Affordable Exteriors helped make the process seamless. It was my first claim but he explained the process well so that I understood. I paid for my deposit in June and haven’t heard a word from them. The owner won’t respond to my messages.
Ghosted us after taking our deposit. Won't return phone calls - voicemail box is full.
I've been trying to get in contact with this company to find out what's going on with my roof project and they won't return my phone calls, the voice mail box is full. At this point I want my money back. This is Unexcusable at this point where is my $4k I put down what is going on.
Affordable Exteriors has been so great to work with! I hate insurance companies and they're so difficult to work with! Affordable Exteriors appear to be very knowledgeable about working with insurance companies! I've worked with Jordan and he was so friendly and again knowledgeable in roofing! I would highly recommend!
