Beware if you rent from them!! Rented a sander that was defective & COULD NOT be used. They didn't care, offered no replacement & no refund. Lesson learned.

They've had my mower for five weeks now (April 30th). I called on May 25th and was told that they were working on it. I call today and am told the same. I waited for 10 minutes + to be told that they were sti working on it. When I brought it in on April 30th, I had offered to buy a new carb for it and was told not to "because the problem might be somewhere else". No opinion here expressed; all facts.

Absolutely awful customer service. One of their machines ended up not working all in all it took about 4 weeks for them to finally get everything working again and cost $1000 in additional expenses (the job was an hour and a half away- was supposed to last less than a week) had they not drug their feet in the matter. To top it off the OWNER was completely rude and did not seem to care- did not offer any kind of compensation. Definitely will not be using this business again. Would not recommend to a friend.
