They rather cater to Hispanics more than anyone else. The customer service staff needs to be replaced. And I wish they treat everyone equal. I am tired of places like this that only care more for Latinos than anyone else we are all equal.
Terrible costumer service on the phone and when I arrived it wasn’t even open. This phone number only sent me and my family to a random place and wasted our time while I am here in so much pain. Do not go here or call them because they will charge you with a $25 reservation fee and get you no where. You are much better off waiting to get an appointment with an actual doctors office then attempting to even call them.
Best care and the doctor is very straight forward and a good guy overall who is looking out for you not trying to rip you off. I will make this my permanent dentist. Dont let the location fool you, Doctor Plotkin knows what he is doing and does it well.
