Spoke with Mike - very knowledgeable and helpful even though I am not in his Dallas area service area.
Mike Came over on a Saturday 20 minutes after I called. It took him over an hour to find the problem of a separated ground wire on one of my outlets after checking over a dozen or more. Highly experienced and the kind of competence and work ethic that is rare these days. For a weekend call the price was fair, especially after the amount of work he had to do to find the problem of having no electricity in my kitchen or living room. Kudos to Mike.
