Disappointed!! First they said bring our SUV at 8 am. We rearranged our schedule to do so, then find out they didn't even start on it until after 1pm. We picked it up at end of the day. It looked better than it did before we brought it in. The seats were still soaked but thought no big deal we can air it out at home. We go home and open all doors and windows for an extra 4 hours before a storm hits. I get up next morning and the car has condensation everywhere inside from the moisture. Very disappointed poor customer service Had appointment for 10AM lady made it very clear they closed at 5PM when I dropped my car off at 9:54AM!! I called at 4PM to check status as we do not live in Richmond and will have to leave to have time to get there by 5PM, said she was starting on it, car ended up not being done until roughly 5:40 PM. The job done, well that’s another crappy story!!!
I didn’t have a bad experience like other recommendations expressed I would have, the opposite great service and prices would recommend to anyone needing there car cleaned up
