When working with Van Markel of Affordable Designs I am always happy with the results of our collaboration. His sensibility is quiet yet adventurous, luxurious yet down to earth. We used Kate’s services to renovate our kitchen and bath. She used her expertise to maximize the space in our small NY apt. She was there to oversee the crew and every step of the way. She helped used choose designs, tiles , etc and kept the rice reasonable. We would use her again and recommend her for any size job.

There is no project too large or too small for them to do an amazing job that gets the property sold in a speedy timeframe and with sophisticated style.
