They have a real rude employee in there. She was rolling her eyes at me behind my head as I walked in as my fiance watched her then they tried to give us a quote for dentures that we didn't want that we didn't discuss about last time we were quoted 400 something for a partial last time and they kept trying to give us a 1300 quote for a full set of teeth and then wanted to be rude and count the teeth in his mouth and talk about how it was oh yeah 450.00 for a partial bottom which was we were inquiring about and the first plac... read more
I am still in the process of getting my replacement dentures but so far the staff has been great. Dr McKinney is very nice and thorough. He never makes you feel like he is rushed and seems to really care about providing a quality denture. I can’t wait to see the final product!
Very friendly people
Staff is extremely friendly and engaging. This was my 1st consult and everyone made it smooth. I was relaxed the entire time. Dr.McKinney was open and honest as well as transparent about my procedure and the next steps. I can't say enough good things about this team.
