I had some extractions done. The Dr and hygienist were SUPER friendly and efficient. I’m always a bundle of nerves at any doctor, but I felt soothed and comfortable right away. I’ve already recommended this office to my sister
My spouse was completely misled by this company. He was given what appeared to be a quote for services, only to later find out that the nearly $2,000 payment was just the beginning price, not the full cost after paying. At no point was it clearly disclosed that this was a starting price rather than a comprehensive total. There was no transparent breakdown of charges, no thorough explanation of what additional costs would be required, and no meaningful opportunity to make an informed decision or compare pricing elsewhere.
