Went for an appointment this morning. The staff is super friendly and informative, they were helpful answering questions and very upfront about the cost. My only complaint is that when the woman from the front came in to give us a quote, she picked to gloves up off the floor that had fallen out of the box, and instead of throwing them away, she put them back in the box to be used. Just for that I would give a one star, but I don’t want to detract from the overall experience outside of that.
