I came here for years and truly loved and trusted Dr Jones.. Then she hired Angela at the front desk. Now, literally been the most difficult experience of my life just to see the dentist. Angela is so rude and unkind, I don’t ever want to go back. Did not tell about final cost at the end Dentures still do not fit correctly
That New lady they have answering the phone is rude as hell!!!😡’I’m NEVER GOING BACK! She just kept telling me WE’RE TRYING TOHELP YOU! Then ask me a question I began to answer she “rudely” cuts across me WHATS YOUR DATE OF BIRTH? I ust’a ( my made up word you’ll fine others in Lea’s Dictionary which is also mine,) but like I was saying the other front desk nurses are so sweet unlike that one I just got done talking too. I’m NEVER GOING BACK!!!
Great experience
Go anywhere but here. They cancelled my appointment after my arrival because they failed to follow through on what they needed to do. Office is very disorganized, in a state of confusion, and poorly run. Sadly, the staff is shockingly rude. They fail to return messages, are very unprofessional, and not trustworthy in terms of dental evaluation. Do yourself a favor and don’t wait your time.
