My only surprise in this medical services experience was how quick I am getting my dentures. I got an appointment for a consultation and was amazed at the quality of the staff and got my impressions taken for the upper partial. I was told that I would be scheduled for my new teeth in 3 weeks.
Don’t. It took me 8 visits in 2 months, to get a replacement upper replaced, but they couldn’t, and each try they got worse. Looked terrible, didnt fit no matter how many times they tried to fix. I asked if they could just reline my old denture. Yes, but I get no refund of my $800, not even partially, and they’d charge me another $350 for a reline! So, I spent $800 for absolutely nothing! And still have original old denture which is still better than theirs. As with most of us, we aren’t usually young. I live only on SSI. No... read more
The doctor was so calm, reassuring and incredibly kind. He was very patient with me as I kept asking so many questions He did such excellent work and I didn’t feel any negative affects at all. It was probably the best time I’ve ever had in a dentist office. Seriously. I am being 100% honest thank you very kindly and thank you for that wonderful Dentist and everybody in that office.
