The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable and are very helpful. The Dr. was very friendly and made an uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
I used to refer my friends, acquaintances, and family to this Catoosa office, but my latest experience was not something I want to risk my reputation for. To start, My former dentist has retired. That is disappointing. I had a new dentist this visit. The new dentist spent 30 seconds in my view. The first he spoke to me, he stood behind me, over my shoulder. I had a visit today to get an adjustment done and Laura at the front desk was just so friendly and helpful! I had cancelled my appointment, then I called back to see if i could get my appointment back on schedule and she was able to do so with no hesitation. Then Jessica helped me with my adjustment, she was so personable and all smiles. She took care of me in a very timely manner and my adjustment feels great. Thank you ladies for making sure I was good to go for my cruise next week!! I appreciate you both! - Tara C.
