Affordable dentures in New Bern is somewhere i would recommend to anybody. I am extremely anxious about going to the dentist. I thought id need something to help me relax but i was wrong. Ashley is AMAZING!! She made sure I understood what was going to happen and the cost. She held my hand during the procedure and kept me calm by talking to me. Dr. Simpson is amazing himself. One-star review. I did not have a great experience and would appreciate a call back regarding follow-up care. I have reached out multiple times and feel like I have been ghosted after paying over $7,000 for dentures. I am not trying to be difficult. I just need someone to follow up with me and help address the issues I am having.
One-star review. I paid over $7,000 in full for what I understood to be their premium denture setup. After the extractions and denture process, I was given my “starter dentures,” and a reline after the bleeding stopped. Nearly seven months later, I am still trying to get the follow-up care.
