Anytime you get on the phone with these people they act like they don't have any sense to speak correctly to you. This is why I like to show up versus do anything over the phone with them. Extremely rude and full of unprofessional attitudes.now they didnt want to give me the woman's name that i spoke to so the whole office can get a crap review.
