The back staff are amazing. However when u need to schedule an appt to get an appt for an adjustment,good luck. They don't answer the phone and they absolutely NEVER call back. As a receptionist I couldn't imagine not calling my patients back. They not very polite if u have to go for an adjustment. Made several complaints to 1800denture however not even an apology. Good luck
