I'm about done with this place of business they're a rip off for one I should have listened to the doctor before the one I have now who started my implant surgery on my lower jaw. I was told by two doctors I can only get three post because my jaw can't handle four, but the surgeon was insistent on four. Now I have a broken socket in my mouth and can't make an appointment or see anyone until I'm able to schedule an appointment when they open because they refused to schedule me an appointment on the phone today. I will tell you I will never come back here again. Came in first day at 11am and left at 7pm. Second day here at 11am for trial fit. Well the teeth came out bucked. Come back at 2, didnt get in until 3:45 now come back tomorrow for finial. This was suppose to be a one day deal and is now 3 day. Wait times are crazy. People walking out left and right because of it. Pick another place to go. I came all the way from SD or I would have told them to shove it!!

We were there for a full upper plate and a lower partial plate. We found the service for every appointment had at least a one-hour wait or more past the appointment time scheduled. There was a big difference between the wax try-in that we signed off on, and okay'd on, and the finished product that we received. Very poor craftsmanship. Spend a few extra bucks and get your teeth made somewhere else.
