Dr. Hall and his staff are amazing! I highly recommend using him.
Very unprofessional office. I've called for. MONTHS and no return call. FINALLY got an answer. Asked what I needed to do to get my teeth replaced. Was told that at the end of a year, I'd get a permanent set. Was told differently when called. Was told that I come in at 8:30 and pay $125. I asked three times if that was it. I was told each time it was. Drove an hour and a half. Then was told that I havr a balance of $400 to be paid FIRST. I don't have a problem with paying a balance. Doctor Eric Hall is amazing as well as all his staff they have made my experience so less stressful. I couldn't ask for better care.
Well it certainly has been a process to have your teeth pulled and then add implants it has went like he said .from the beginning . Dr. Hall and his staff are positive , helpful and have good customer service. Now that being said he's been very patient with working with me over a year this is not a cheap process and he had to replace one implant the didn't take and he had to replace it at no extra charge. I had to have some bone graph work done on my jaw.
The staff is wonderful. They explained everything as we went along and helped us understand the breakdown of the bill so we could file easily with our insurance.
