My husband bought some dentures here 3 years ago. with a 4 year warranty. They cracked down the middle so we returned to get them fixed. We were told that it would cost $365. because only the teeth falling out are covered under the warranty. but nowhere in their office does the warranty say it doesn't cover the acrylic housing, only covers the teeth, A warranty should cover the entire denture. While I may, and I say may, end up using Affordable Dentures, I am very disappointed at this point. I sent an email the other day. As part of that email I expressed my concern over the extreme number of negative reviews on the internet. Tonight I received a call from your company. Instead of addressing my concerns about the negative reviews, the caller only wanted to review prices and schedule an appointment. This does not even begin to address my concerns.
