1 star is a massive compliment. Lowest quality garbage ever produced with absolutely no concern over the 12 trips for repairs, 6 lost days work on just warranty repairs. Every time, have to drive 30 minutes to drop off for repairs, 30 minutes back home, then 30 minutes that afternoon to come back and again home, over 2 hours drive every time a repair is needed, double trips, no teeth, can not go in public or to work while in repair mode. Just horrible to me. Have my money and will not call me about my implant. The implant crumbled in my mouth and the temporary did as well. I asked for my money back and they act like they paid it. Claimed they called me to get yet another compression but have not! I want my full refund so I can go to another place! I have had to get impressions four times and I’m sick of it. I just want my full refund. I also called customer relations to get help with this.

When I originally read reviews for DDS I kept seeing comments about the friendliness of the staff. While that is important, and is very true at this clinic as they do make patients feel comfortable, what I was most interested in learning was their level of competence. The serious problem I have was caused by another dentist....which was verified by the five dentists I've consulted with about this problem, so highly skilled competence was paramount for me. I haven’t eaten solid food for over a year. They remade my dentures because my bite wasn’t correct. The new dentures were even worse. My uppers are too lose and I was told there was nothing they could do. Their answer was some people weren’t meant to wear dentures. I waited over a year to leave this review because I thought things would be different. My best advice to anyone thinking of getting dentures here is to get a second opinion. I’m sorry that I ever came here.
