I had my new upper denture made on Monday. Esthetically I was super pleased. Today is day 2 and I have had to use glue since I got it. There is no suction. It is also taller on one side and rubbing a raw spot. When I chew on my right side of my mouth it pops the denture completely loose even with glue. Affordable Dentures & Implants located at 3310 Bluff Creek Drive Suite 103. I had been there before about 7 years ago.Easily made an appointment for 3:00 the next day I got there at 2:30 to fill out paperwork. I sat there for one hour and 15 minutes before I walked out. I watched while two other people came in after me and were called back while I sat there waiting. The receptionist was told twice by two different people that the lady's room needed toilet paper. My husband got the premium replacement denture package. The day of service was an ok experience but they are very difficult to work with if you need any adjustments for better fitment. Have tried multiple times to get in for adjustments being told every time the wait is between 8-14 days. Seems like a long time to wait for a minor process and a long time to wait with a sore mouth due to poor fitment. While the prices are reasonable and the facility seems adequate the service after the sale is very poor!

My appointment was cancelled twice and no one called me to reschedule. I called the office numerous times and no one answered. I left messages to call me back but no one did. I find this particular dental practice to be unreliable and undependable.
