This office was nice and professional. I didn’t know this was a Snap In Denture issue, But evidently some dentist prefer to not cut out the palate of the Snap in denture and some dentist don’t mind. This Waco office with this specific dentist/Mitra Abdi will not cut out the palate to the Ultimate Snap in dentures. And for $20k…I should get what other dentist have no problem doing. My wife Samantha had the best experience at the Affordable Dentures located in Waco. She broke 2 of her teeth on the lower denture and they were able to not only repair it but give her peace of mind. From the staff at the front desk to everyone in the back, she felt reassured that she was taken care of. I am someone who suffers from severe anxiety when it comes to dentist and dental work and let me tell you. I came in to get top dentures a few weeks ago and had to have six teeth removed to do so. Dr Mitra, Ashley and Stayce went above and beyond. They were gentle and talked me through everything. This was the best experience I have ever had. I go back in 2 weeks to do the bottom.
