Moms appointment for 9 am, have been waiting 2 hours and finally called back right before 11. Another patient had an appointment for 8, not called back until 1015 am. Front staff claims they know nothing of the wait time or what is going on in the back. Not telling patients that there is a wait time or that the dentist is backed up. Worst service I’ve ever seen.

I was there 6 yrs ago very happy with my partial til all my teeth have gone bad. Will be back Friday morning to get uppers pulled and bottom partial! Can't wait to feel better and be able to smile!!!!!
It was very disappointing.the girl Casey was very ride how she chk patients n chk this sign this.after waiting b/ c.i was told my appt was they n I know last it was fri.called my job to let them know.there was a young African female who was really nice n knew I was upset.the Dr came n blowing I replied take a deep breath I couldn't feel anything but was told there was a root that had to come out.i asked can I he replied I don't make appt.but guess what I couldn't feel anything with my tongue.and I'm not a dentist.ive never h... read more
I had an 8 am appointment, was called back a little before 10 , the dentist came to see me and said he couldn't help me. He was angry and upset about something. I am going to write the owners about the poor service. the dental tech who talked to me before was nervous but i didn't pick up on it until the dentist came in angry. a rule is never treat customers bad, i din't say anything rude or out of the way to this man.
It is a good Dental office to go to. I had a full set of dentures made .that I am pleased with. Having minor problem lower dentures trying to get use to them. I can say over all I had a good experience the staff was very helpful a lot of people go there Patrick F Hyman
I agree with the lady about his rudeness and roughness. I have never been treated so poorly in my 72 years and would never recommend Afforadable Dentures and particularly Dr. Williams; if you want to call him that. I feel and look like I have been butchered!
