Absolutely horrible experience and customer service! I made an appointment for a consultation. The appointment was scheduled two months on advance. I received multiple email reminders and a confirmation email the day before and even a we will see you soon two hours before the scheduled appointment. I drove an hour and missed work just to be told sorry but we should not have scheduled you because we are not accepting new patients! So why did I get a welcome new patient email? I got my teeth pulled in October of 2024. it is now may of 2026 and I still don't have the correct fitting teeth. I thought that I was done 3 months ago but on Saturday I lost one of my bottom teeth and finally got in on Wednesday .they took my teeth and said that they would call me when they were done.
