If I could give this business zero stars I could. Front desk is extremely rude. Receptionist copped an attitude with me after I drove over an hour to get there because I brought my child with me. No one told me that he wasn't allowed over the phone. As a single mother I don't always have an option to not bring him with. And with thyroid problems I am constantly at the dental, doctor, and endocrinologist office and that has never been a problem anywhere else, but apparently they are not allowed here. So I walked out. They have one rude nurse who was hatful and When I told her she should be nicer she told me she could be rude to me all she wants I think this nurse has no people skills and should be fried no one should be treated the way she treated me and if she doesn’t apologies or they don’t get rid of her we won’t be back
Very poor useless repair an service. I brought in broken lower denture partial an the repair was beyond horrible.The Left side fit perfectly the right side had a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap.Before the break they fit perfect. They had been broken an repaired about a yr ago with no issues the repair was near perfect but the 2nd repair I might as well throw them away. My husband got his dentures here. The service was great and they were very honest with him.
Very poor and rude service. Did not do what you pay for. Would not recommend them to anyone. They messed up plates then say it not there problem.
