give no stars for their product and service. I have since December 2019 had dentures with implants in bottom to hold denture more securely in place. Since receiving the final pair I have been back 6 times in last year for broken tooth repairs and bottom denture not securing to bottom implant. The dentures rock back and forward in my mouth, thus probably causing the broken teeth to happen. They do not fit right on bottom, allowing food to get under denture. Be sure and bring your lunch as you will always wait because they are always hours behind.
Everyone was very nice and dentures look great.
It was easy making an appointment online. Had to wait about 45 minutes but the lady at the desk kept apologizing to the lobby because they were short staffed. The staff stayed calm and accommodated everyone as quickly as possible. And thank you Dr. Brown for your help.
