Got a tooth pulled and the dentist almost broke my jaw, loosened a tooth next to where that one was pulled and broke my wisdom tooth...I called today after visiting a different dentist...asked for the supervisor and the woman who always answered said, she guesses she is the supervisor and as I was telling her what happened she rudely interrupted me and told me she remembered me and the dentist does this everyday and she wouldn't loosen a tooth and she wouldn't break a tooth she wasnt working on. It was more waiting and time consuming than 5 years ago. This time the place seemed to be under staffed. My old denture from 5 years ago seems to have fit better than my new one does. Now using Polygrip I can get by as before I didn't use anything. Due to all the waiting around and traveling to and from the clinic I choose to bite the bullet and use the polygrip.
Very Disappointed to find out They don't accept Insurance!! I won't Be recommending anyone to go there!!

I was shocked to be told I had to have 18 teeth pulled at once, after my mother had just passed. The shock was unbelievable. The staff has took this journey with me. I came in, and got hooked up!! For 12 months as needed, If I came back with any complants, they fixed. I didn't want to like this place. I tried to hate it....but the ladies and the Drs, just to nice, and always, sent me away smiling. Today, as I wait for final set...I feel comfortable knowing before this day is over, I'll have an UPGRADED smile. I've read a lot... read more
