I will NEVER EVER use or EVER go to this site again!! The staff was very pleasant and customer friendly however Dr. H. was very unprofessional, rude, and very poor customer service. I was having a problem with my upper partial (2nd time) purchased there, I asked questions and he became annoyed and started speaking to me as I was a child. He kept interrupting while I was talking. After a few attempts to continue to complete my sentence I decided to end my visit and no longer wanted his service.
Great Place! Took my Mom there to get replacement dentures after I checked out some other places for her. Affordable Dentures in Merrillville has a beautiful newer office and is easy to find. The staff and Dr. have been very friendly and helpful each time we have gone there. They are also kind, gentle and polite to my elderly mother. They even let me go to the exam room with her. i have been wearing dentures since i was 19 yrs old. i received a full top and partial bottom and have nothing but problems for over 2 years. i have never had so many adjustments in my life. the technician who makes the dentures is truly not a professional. and the money i have paid out for all the adjustments is sure not affordable. staff is courteous, but lab makes poor quality dentures.
Went in to have teeth pulled and a reline on top and new dentures on top. I wanted the custom teeth, they told him he didn't need it get the economy. Now that they made the new teeth they do not fit. Now they say he has to upgrade for another $320. dollars. After paying $$1145.00... Any dentist knows that when you pull your teeth your going to need an alingment, and thats why I asked for custom but was told I didn't need them. so I could go back and give them another $320..when they don;t explain this to you. I had a simple procedure done 2 weeks ago putting a composite on a front tooth. Since this procedure my tongue is numb and I have absolutely "No taste ," when I eat food. This dentist was animate that he did nothing wrong. If this is the case one would think the oral injections would have worn off and I would have taste buds.
Doctor Miles is the best!!!! She is a very kind person and goes to extremes to make your dentures fit. I had my teeth extracted in 2010 in PC, 3 sets of dentures.None fit and the adjustments didn't help. I had 2 sets made by Dr. Jackson in Dothan. None fit. Recently Dr. Miles made me set #6 and they fit perfectly. I can even eat with them. HATS OFF TO DR. MILES. I highly recommend her.
I want to thank Dr. Billings and his staff today,1/2/2013, I went to his office with severe pain from a bad tooth. From the time I entered the building until I left the building totaled about 35 min. He extracted the bad tooth and done a terrfic job, I went to work and felt great, thanks again to Dr Billings and his wonderful assistant for a job well done.
Dentures and Dental Services of Texas offers same day services for dentures. What the front office fails to explain is that you need to be there on time for your appoitment; however, you are lucky if someone will see you two hours later. Also, when making your appointment, the person leads you to believe that you can get in by 8AM and have your dentures by 4PM. that never happens at this location. I visited this location for the first time after a major toothache for a tooth that needed to be pulled. First off, Dr. Billings and his assistant, Amy were great! They really put me at ease and went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. The extraction was really not bad at all! Only negative was the girl (Savannah) at the front desk. This is the first person that the patient sees. She was rude, acted annoyed with everyone, and almost made me turn and walk away.
