This is the worst place to go. Went in on July 9 They still can't get my teeth right. They will steal your money. They don't care about anyone. I'm taking them to Small Claims Court.
Worst place a person could go for dental care. Brutal dentist who doesn't care, Assembly line extractions, mean and hateful staff, dentures you'll never be able to wear. Horrible experience. I'm taking them to court.
Don't even bother looking any further for an implant dentist! Dr. Hall is the best dentist you will ever find! I was told by several dentists in Frisco and Mckinney that I could not have implants for my bottom denture because I had too much bone loss. For years I went without a bottom denture because it would float and just wouldn't stay put. When I went to have a new upper denture made Dr. Hall asked why I didn't wear a bottom denture. Great dentist and pop on front desk wish I gone long time ago
I would not recommend getting a dental implant at this place!! I had 2 temp.partials made, while waiting for my gums to heal and neither one felt or fit right! So, I went for 7 months with nothing to wear! I got a gum infection and while being treated, left 2 messages with their emergency after hours number and never got a call back! When I finally got my permanent implant, Dr. H ground it down so low that it ended up so much shorter than my other teeth! The umplant was also noticeably lighter than my other teeth as well. just another dentist that does not care about your time I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. I would not recommend them to anyone
I give this dental office the highest of recommendations. From the minute you step into the lobby, you are treated with courtesy, friendliness and respect. The entire staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to deal with your needs and answer your questions. Dr. Bill Phillippi (Dr. P) is so wonderful with his patients, and makes each one feel very special. His concern, gentle manner and care for me was so genuine, and my experience with this office was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
almost threw my dentures out the window driving home from yakima. the last 2 vists, it went from bad to worse. when i fist got the temps, they fit ok, but instead of getting better it got worse, and they didn't seem to care. almost threw them away driving home. a freind of mine makes new dentures and repairs them also. i think she is going to be able to corrrect all the mistakes the "pros" at yakima affordable dentures made. and they really made a mess!! esspecially the last girl. she clamed to be a pro!! i'd call her someth... read more
