This place was amazing! I am not a fan of the dentist. However, the staff here were kind, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and maintained a safe environment in their office during my visits, (during COVID). Their work is amazingly affordable, especially considering the fantastic quality of their work.
after numerous times complaining about my dentures being very crooked I'm told it's not noticable and nothing gets done! Haven't wore my bottom dentures because they was barely wearable after last visit before covid, so now I will have to pay to get them fixed! my advice is go to Affdent, don't try to save money by going here, they actually care if your smile is crooked, they actually look at your smile while setting the teeth!
you could have better customer service ..I can't reach you on your phone , and you haven't called me back to let me know if my dentures are ready and its been over a month since I saw you ...

TOLD THEM FROM THE BEGINING THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO FIT PROPERLY BECAUSE THEY MADE IMPRESSION WHEN I WEIGHED 230 WHEN THEY DONE THE WORK I WEIGHED 150 . AFTER SEVERAL VISITS FOR LINERS AND THEY SAID THEY WERE DONE EVEN WITH ME TEWLLING THEM THEY WERE TO LOOSE THEY STILL MADE A SECOND PAIR OFF FIRST PAIRS FITTING,I HAVE TO USE 2 TUBES A MONTH OF DENTAL ADHESIVE AND STILL CANNOT BITE ANYTHING WITH FRONT TEETH WITHOUT BACK OF TEETH SEPERATEING, WISH I HAD GONE TO DIFFERANT DENTAL LAB AM IN NO WAY SATISFIED WITH MY DENTURES ... read more
Am beyond happy with my dentures. Great staff and they made me feel comfortable there.
Everyone is friendly and want to make your visit pleasant. They live up to their word!
I think they are rip offs. I have 2 bottom teeth left. They made me a partial. Fits terrible and the teeth are to short. went in for an adjust and told them about partial being almost 3/32nds. in to short. Doctor said if they made it taller it would mess my bite up. I said OK. The doctor then told me if I upgraded they could put a linner on may partial and that would raise it up. Does that make sense. If you spend more money you can get what you should have gotten in the first place.
