I have attached pictures below. I went in for a chipped tooth and a loose crown. I was convinced to get caps to prevent future chipping. They gave me a price of $350 for fillings or $750 for caps #8 and #9 The front desk lady was very chatty with me. She took my card and charged it for the maximum. This was a bit shocking because I had not even seen the doctor yet. Usually, you pay at check-out, not check -in.
