Terrible dentist as soon as they got my insurance and my money. They did a very bad dental job and my bite as been off since. Don’t you ever go to this place to get any major dental work because you’ll definitely get screwed over. Soon as they get your money they like to refer u out. Felt like I was in a used car dealership. Went for an exam and cleaning. Insurance covers this 100%. Left with no cleaning, pushed into $1089 of work after 65% coverage from insurance, a list of unexplained charges. Was made to pay a $10 "office fee". Never in my life have I heard of an office fee. Nor have I ever gone for a cleaning and shipped out without one. That being said, I'm good. Headed back to my dentist that's 45 minutes away.
Worst company in the world. I have now called this company 4x in regards to a billing question. I called 11/16,11/17,11/18 and today 11/23. Not one time have they answered or called me back and I have left a voicemail EVERY TIME! How can you run a business without answering the phone!?!?!
Dentist here are like restaurant servers. You always have a new one when you go in. If you dont pay your bill immediately they will send your account to collections. Its insane! i had been going there for years (Spent thousands of $). Thought i had paid the bill, like i always do, but when i went to look at my credit report, they sent me to collections without calling or mailing me. This is not a place you will grow to love. Very honest and professional people. Tina, Shanna, and the dentist made me feel at ease and comfortable. They educated me and I appreciate their pleasant demeanor! I will be back and will tell my friends to go there. Best rates in town!
