My husband and I recently purchased two advanced cremation plans from Baldwin Brothers. I met with pre-planning counselor Cameron O'Dell and I appreciated all the time he took to answer all my questions and discuss which plan was best. There was no high pressure sales - just professional, clear, answers and suggestions. I feel confident my family will be well supported when we pass, which is the main reason we wanted to make this purchase.
In one of the hardest times of my life, the support received from Ira B. and the Baldwin Brothers organization was outstanding. Comforting, supportive, informative and definitely no up-selling, which is what I was afraid of going into this process. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need these types of services.
Great experience talking with Cameron O'Dell. Helped us with details with his knowledge. I'm glad we look into getting a Cremation. I definitely recommend for e everyone to call them.
Todd Campanella was very helpful and patient. He is a professional planner and a joy to work with.
This the only way I can post comments by giving one star I called to ask a question whoever answered the phone told me he didn't have time for my questions he hung up he was so rude from the beginning when he answered the phone you can hear the nastiness in his voice damn fool of an evil 🦹♂️
