The personal attention given to every detail and question was so appreciated having no idea what is involved. They addressed details I never even thought of and were essential to this process. My husband and I recently purchased two advanced cremation plans from Baldwin Brothers. I met with pre-planning counselor Cameron O'Dell and I appreciated all the time he took to answer all my questions and discuss which plan was best. There was no high pressure sales - just professional, clear, answers and suggestions. I feel confident my family will be well supported when we pass, which is the main reason we wanted to make this purchase.
