Let me preface this by saying I do not usually leave bad reviews for businesses . I flew into OKC so my brother and I could make the 4 hour drive down to where my dad wished to be laid to rest beside his parents. Imagine our horror when we opened up my dad’s remains to find metal in the bag. I had to use my hands to pull out his dog tag necklace they couldn’t have been bothered to remove from his neck and give to my family before cremating him. This is inexcusable. This place came highly recommended. I can't see why they don't return calls. My mother has been gone a month now still no remains. I paid full cost up front no payments. I would not recommend unless you like to be ignored, and for your loved one to be God only knows where for how long.

The process was simple; I did it online since I am in Tulsa. They were very helpful in helping me complete the forms and process, to take care of my loved one. Randilyn was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Affordable Creamation Service.
